The Data Analyst Director plays a key role in helping Community Bible Church steward IT & Data with excellence to support ministry growth and decision-making. The Campus Production Manager will serve as the production director at his/her assigned satellite campus. In addition to overseeing any production staff on site, they will also recruit, develop, and lead a team of volunteers to facilitate weekly gatherings. As needed, the campus production manager will also assist with gatherings and events at central campus.

The Marketing Strategist is responsible for planning and building out strategic marketing campaigns for major church initiatives such as ministry launches, conferences, and special events. This role focuses on upstream thinking - clarifying goals, mapping audiences, defining messaging, and shaping rollout plans across digital and in-person platforms. The Marketing Strategist will hand off well-developed campaign strategies to the Sr. Project Manager, who will delegate the execution. The strategist builds the plan and refines it, others will execute on it.

The Part-Time Commissioned Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, congregants, and visitors. This role involves monitoring the premises, responding to incidents, and serving as a visible, approachable presence to address questions and provide assistance to all individuals on-site.

The Kids Ministry Teacher – Non-Licensed is responsible for ministering to children and families in our community by offering a Christ centered childcare support and to provide them with a safe, secure, and loving environment that encourages and allows for each child to grow emotionally, physically, mentally, socially, and most of all spiritually. This role it to provide a safe, nurturing, Christian educational learning environment for all children so that a greater understanding of God’s love can be portrayed. This role is a part of a team of leaders who make our ministry to kids happen every week. This position also helps in guiding, training, and assisting volunteer All Stars in developing their gifts as they serve the children of CBC.
